BEER - It's not just for breakfast

Beer has long been a staple in many diets. The earliest reference to people drinking a fermented beverage made from grain dates back to 4000BC in ancient Egypt. Today we tend to limit the consumption of beer to after 12 o'clock, maybe that is due to most people not partaking of alcohol until after work. In many parts of the world it is traditional to include beer as part of breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's a nutritious mix of flavor, vitamins, hydration and calories. We're looking forward to retirement and I can imagine enjoying a cold stout while we wait for an early morning flight in the airport.
