IT WAS A GRAND OPENING EVENT on Feb 1, 2020, the day before the Super Bowl. After
enjoying a sneak preview of the operation we knew this was going to be a big hit.
Hopportunities offers 50 on tap craft brews, 12 wins and a collection of seltzers.
What's new is that you get to pour it yourself. When you arrive you check-in and
get a wrist band that will get you 32 ounces. You can then use your glass to take
1oz samples or hit your favorite and down 32oz as you like. When you hit your limit
you go back to the register and request another round. We really enjoyed sampling
as many of the taps as we could and then taking a longer pour of our favorites. We
really liked the way they set things up and on opening day they were at maximum
capacity. The tap system is very high tech. You tap your wristband on the tap
display and it indicates how big of a pour you have left on your band. Behind the
scene the system warns the staff when a keg is about to blow. We had a behind the
scene tour and the system was a work of art the way the lines and kegs were
installed. They rotate the brews regularly and have offerings from far and wide. If
you visit often you will always find something new to try and we promise you won;t
be dissapointed.
