Amsterdam is the home of the Heineken Brewery but there is so much more to experience and taste. The Red Light District may grab all the attention from tourists but the beer culture and the people who brew it and serve it are the real attraction for us. After a full day of walking we took a break at O'Donnell's, a British pub. We took the recommendation of our server - tasting a few of the local Dutch brews, a British and a Belgium. When you can't hit every location your next best bet is finding a pub like O'Donnell's and let the brewery come to your table. We really lucked out on the recommendations and we added a few breweries to the list for our next visit.
